Collective Acceleration

A community catalyzed by a phenomenon of our times.

Climate disasters. Political upheavals. Mass migrations. AI. Pandemics. Wars.

From the local to the global, we are experiencing a phenomenon in which things are moving at an accelerated pace. Where the river of changes and arising challenges is so swift and strong that it disrupts, destabilizes, and distorts our experience of time and space.

This phenomenon of collective acceleration can call into question the solidity of the systems, values, and strategies we have historically relied upon — in this new and ever changing moment, what, if anything, still holds? In these times it is easy to feel overwhelm and anxiety about the future; become paralyzed by grief and despair.

Or, we may find an opening in the chaos. An opportunity to move with the energy of the moment and accelerate towards a life-affirming vision of thriving.

The phenomenon.

Our mission is to activate and mobilize any and all leaders and communities who are practicing and pursuing interdependent thriving.

Rooted in Indigenous and emerging worldviews, Collective Acceleration accepts the current moment and will joyfully work until the tide is turned. We rest in a spiritedness wherein all participants who are ready, willing, and able are welcome to join and accept the sacred responsibility of pursuing thriving at a time of great challenge.

The Collective Acceleration community of practice now numbers into the thousands who coalesce around interdependence, wholeness, and the understanding that this is the moment to “give it everything we’ve got.” It includes community, tribal, and governmental leaders searching for ways to move beyond analysis and critique in order to seed and expand the collective health and wellbeing of their communities.

In a world with so much upheaval, stepping into governance and mutual stewardship is more vital than ever. The future is our kuleana, our sacred responsibility.

The community of practice.
